Eyal Gurion, CEO
Eyal brings deep healthcare transformation expertise, most recently serving as National Vice President of Care Transformation at Elevance Health, where he led a team of 300 in executing multi-year value-based care strategies.
His leadership increased direct provider EMR connectivity by over 50% in 18 months, creating millions in value through reduced readmissions and improved quality measures.
Prior to Elevance, Eyal served as Chief Operating Officer at the Integrated Healthcare Association, where he led the largest value-based payment program in the country and drove 4x revenue growth. His vision for Popai stems from witnessing how critical patient insights are lost during phone conversations—and recognizing that voice AI can capture and act on these insights at scale.
Elad Levy, CTO
Elad brings deep technical and operational leadership in healthcare AI from his role as Vice President of Delivery at Aidoc Medical, where he led large-scale deployments of clinical AI across hundreds of hospitals worldwide.
He gained extensive experience integrating advanced AI into mission-critical healthcare IT systems and EHR workflows – ensuring seamless adoption across complex environments.
An alumnus of the IDF Intelligence Corps’ elite 8200 unit, Elad’s expertise in building robust, scalable, and secure healthcare technology systems ensures Popai’s platform can handle the demands of large health systems processing thousands of daily patient conversations.
Michael Latar, CPO
Michael brings extensive healthcare AI product leadership from his role as Vice President of Product Platform at Aidoc Medical, where he built and scaled the product platform powering AI-driven clinical workflows across hundreds of hospitals globally.
An alumnus of the prestigious IDF Talpiot Program with a foundation in Natural Language Processing research, Michael combines deep technical expertise with an understanding of how to successfully integrate innovative solutions into clinical operations while maintaining regulatory compliance and earning clinician trust. He holds an MSc in Natural Language Processing and Computer Science.
